hagel for defense and brennan for the cia. will you vote against any of those men? >> i'm most concerned about brennan. i will demand answers this week. senator widen asked can they do drone strikes in the united states? and brennan went on talking about optimizing transparency and never answered the question. until i get an answer can a drone strike kill an american in america. can you kill an american in america with only the president's word? i will demand an answer to that question. and it's very unseemly that a politician gets to decide the death of an american citizen. they should answer about the 16-year-old boy, alawaki's son that was killed in a separate strike. if you go overseas, take up arms, i'm probably for executing you, i want to hear the evidence, have a judge and jury. it can be fairly swift, but there needs to be a trial for treason, the president, a politician, republican or democrat, should never get to decide someone's death flipping through flash cards, do you want to kill him? i don't know. let's go ahead and kill him. >> a question for john
